Summary

• At p=19, beta0=-1/2, bandwidth 2, and t_i=i, all six Schur diagonals on survivors 0,1,2,7,8,9 are strictly positive and at most 1.
• Vertices 0 and 9 do not meet the interior, so those diagonals are exactly 1. The corrections at 1 and 8 lie strictly between 1/10^99 and 1/10^98. The corrections at 2 and 7 lie strictly between 1/10^25 and 1/10^24.
• No new kappa is claimed. The selected record is unchanged. This is one Schur section, not a proof that the reference matrix has diagonal 1 after every elimination.
