Execute one complete fixed-h synthetic twiddle diagonal on an already-positioned full cube. An encoded full-wrap odometer supplies each actual physical address to the unchanged PR3593 producer; its actual header goes directly to the unchanged PR3611 packet consumer. The adapter extracts and assembles every framed packet and pays for rearming the same physical tapes between records. It supplies neither a host record-count schedule nor a materialized address/header list.

The proof binds the traversal to the source's MSB-first physical slot order, derives the packetwise signed polynomial endpoint, accounts for constructor initialization and all head returns, and proves the exact 38-role capacity formula. Full input/output are counted explicitly. Work is O(N*(rw+A+p^3)), becoming O(Nrp) only eventually under the retained source parameter bands; no finite cutoff is claimed.

Independent finite evidence covers six complete cubes and 2,140 packet applications, including an actual forward/opposite full-stream round trip. The requested ell=6,K=2,long/short,h=4 caller runs all 2,048 records with diverse signed width-four data: 2,108,012 cells total, 2,664 auxiliary cells, and tariff 345,267,202. Every address, header/packet pairing and complete signed endpoint is checked against separate coordinate and coefficient-destination oracles. The checker reconciles primitive actions by distinct tape identity, forbids replacement tape allocation, and rejects six mutations of traversal, rearming, cleanup and accounting.

Only research/encoded-twiddle-diagonal-pass/ is added. The two kernels and their proofs are exported unchanged with exact commit/blob/SHA pins; all four exports match their original Git bytes. Credit Nick Petalas's PR3582/3590/3593 lineage, PR3611 and the pinned stream/transform source. New code and documentation are by Sagar Thakrar with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance, including separate implementation, proof and independent-check agents. Same-session reviews are not human acceptance or formal proof.

The successful-return contract requires matching framed inputs, distinct physical storage and representable requested signed negations. This is one diagonal pass, not layout relocation, butterflies, truncation/rounding, a full transform/root or supplier admission. Selected frontier unchanged.

Canonical coordination: #2612 (comment)

Validation: normal full evidence generation and the registered isolated optimized warnings-as-errors replay pass on CPython 3.12.15. Metadata/source pins and committed-byte/source-history checks pass. Fork main is synced and the branch is rebased on refreshed canonical main.
