Prove that marked support transfers descend through deletion and contraction when the old quotient marks remain independent. Tree elimination then gives a sufficient rooted-minor obstruction over every old field of characteristic different from two and every characteristic-two target field, in arbitrary dimension.

The isolated package research/p112-rooted-minor-transfer retains the actual PR3583 proof premise and exact certificate bytes with origin commit/path/blob/SHA256 and predecessor credit. Scientific replay needs no foreign Git objects or network. This is an author-written scoped proof, with no graph classification, edge-minimality, literal tariff optimum, supplier, new kappa or frontier change. Independent human and formal proof-kernel review are unclaimed.

Evidence

• Before: PR3583 explicitly left subdivisions and minors open.
  After: The quotient proof covers every finite terminal-rooted minor model. Ten exact fixtures check all 512 query subsets in both marked orientations over Q/F2/F3, totaling 30,720 reader/source predicate pairs. Kernel and independent-mark checks also cover F5. The inherited seven integral source separators and fourteen half-integral reader identities pass.
• Final publication HEAD passes CPython 3.12 registered science and nine actual optimized CLI faults with two restored positives, metadata/pins, committed bytes/source history, Ruff and formatting. The exact committed export passes integrity and both Git-free scientific/control commands. Sources, export and runtime bytes remain unchanged.
• Reproduce with python3.12 -Werror -B scripts/research_package.py --package research/p112-rooted-minor-transfer. PROOF.md, RESULT.json, ORIGINS.json and VALIDATION.md state scope, complete source closure, controls and limits.
