Summary
Prove the released PR3573 two-hub obstruction from seven source exclusions and fourteen reader containments. The old field can have any characteristic different from two. A concrete 42-port exact rational factorization of query/reader ranks (5,6) also has no termwise scalar-support-shrinking characteristic-two completion.
The witness costs 54 versus baseline 42. This proves no cheaper tariff, universal pair floor, supplier, new kappa or selected-frontier update. The written all-field argument and the finite checks have distinct scopes. Independent human and formal proof-kernel review are unclaimed.
The package is
research/p112-two-hub-transfer-obstruction. It retains the actual pending positive-control bytes with exact origin/hash and credit to Philippe Van Velzen, ctoth, the actual-reader lineage and Nick Petalas's predecessor work. Scientific replay needs no foreign Git objects or network. The original hypothesis and scope change are preserved.Evidence
f9db162a408ba978c10b00be265f5ffca321957cpasses registered CPython 3.12 replay, metadata/pins,check_research_commit.py --check-source-history, focused Ruff/format, official export integrity and all three actual Git-free scientific/control commands. All 15 source files and 16 export files retain their bytes and identities. README contains exact replay commands; PROOF.md and VALIDATION.md state the limits and unrun obligations.Merge Danger

One isolated package. No frozen input, selected frontier or shared implementation is changed. No graph classification, subdivision/minor theorem, edge-minimality or physical invoice is claimed.
