Summary
Bind the actual strict-volume Count selector to the complete ordinary consumer.
This closes the logical transfer left open by PR3542. The join preserves exact stock and genuine high fields, and inherits the completed unweighted row-pointwise callee and capacity contracts. The conditional proof and complete module invoice are in
research/strict-selector-consumer/PROOF.md.Evidence
Canonical base

Source closure pins canonical inputs and all 27 retained PR3542 export files at3aed9763a14c754d7172dbca3c1f9b1142722418, with origin commit/path/blob/SHA256. Scientific replay needs no foreign Git objects or network. The ordinary identity, strict-volume theorem, source endpoint and selector algorithm are predecessor results.
Merge Danger
Door: two-way
One isolated opt-in package. Frozen predecessors and the selected frontier are unchanged.
Blast Radius: package
Logical composition only. The actual selected coefficient, serialized source execution, physical C0/GL64, full-cover/root fresh fields, dirty restoration and complete physical supplier/outer costs remain open. The adapter 4096-bit cap, 256 numerical roles per arena and callback index-fit/cleanup contracts remain. No supplier, cutoff or kappa gain is claimed.
