I implement PR2287's complete physical complex controller and normalized root return. I join the existing primitive streams through one authenticated cohort, compile both selected words and the 482-event schedule, preserve current-bank ownership across recursive calls, and round only after the root normalization.

The package includes the source-relative refinement argument, the actual tape/height/time/space invoice and an explicit selected native factory at q*=213·2^80+1. I retain the conditional O(V d^(599/600)) layer bound and its spaced-axis/long-record domain. I claim no new multiplication exponent or selected-frontier change.

Evidence:

  • Complete selected compilation, 349 physical scalar literals and the unchanged child histogram.
  • Fixed-prime rational admission: 2,395 residual split bases and 111 port/routing charts.
  • Independent Gaussian and Walsh oracles for complete reduced executions. The additional two-level fixture passes 110 child calls and returns over 49,152 payload bits.
  • All three registered cold commands pass, covering 16 component checks on Python 3.12.13/macOS arm64. Final metadata/pin, committed-byte and source-history preflights pass for 7e5a187214126d31afc241a8f89f4a652352b58c. Hosted CI also passes, including the package replay.

I have not executed the complete O73/GL64 payload or the production guard width. I retain the native/hosting proof dependencies and leave independent refinement review and outer multiplication transfer open. The reduced fixtures do not establish those obligations.

I coordinate in 2238#19002146. Sagar Thakrar's PR3377 supplies complementary formal recipe dispatch; I do not claim the first source-bound dispatcher.

Jose Manuel (jmbarrancoml), with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance, including source-analysis agents. I retain the credited PR2287/2809/2899/3055/3087/3091/3098/3106 chain, Tekalign's PR3127 normalizer, and the native/geometry/arithmetic authors named in SOURCES.json. Apache-2.0.
