Summary

Three unchanged checked sources execute binary increment with paid overflow widening and join the actual updated working exponent to the fourteen-tape reusable dyadic adder. The output is the first input plus half the second input.

Scope

Exact first halt, decoded output and all-prefix represented-cell bounds. The fixed-width predecessor rejects overflow; physical widening on an independent blank-exterior working tape removes that successful-result capacity premise. Initial words, signs, workspaces and original packed-source preservation remain explicit. The real widened exponent width and numeric unary-gap time are charged. No selected global uniform cost or automatic fixed-grid caller implementation.

Evidence and reuse

26 complete standard-only probes, nine full printed types, no diagnostics. Three exact sources /40,825 bytes reuse35 immutable public/import-derived prerequisites, including unchanged public RippleCounter and accepted reusable-output sources.
