Summary

Four unchanged checked sources extend the executed dyadic adder through charged exponent copying, actual numerator extraction and paid sign separation. The fourteen-tape endpoint exposes marked low numerator bits, observed sign and physically copied exponent bits, with exact first halt and every-prefix capacity.

Author-checked context

κ = 836330098538459/500000000000000000 = 0.001672660197076918, selected PR1094 context only.

Scope

Finite full-theorem coverage: actual prepared execution, reusable output decoding and exact local resource bounds. Conditional interfaces: physically encoded inputs, independent workspaces and fresh outputs. Numeric exponent-gap cost, occupied-slot writeback, selected fixed-grid physical execution and a global uniform multiplier charge remain explicit.

Evidence and reuse

32 complete standard-only probes, eight full printed types, no diagnostics. Four unchanged sources /66,529 bytes reuse27 immutable public/import-derived prerequisites, including PR2426. Generic predecessors in PR2235 and PR2411 are acknowledged. No source rewrite, proof replay or generic novelty claim.

Exact adoption

Publication parent: 0fdd7d8. The five selected-result, assembly, selected-source and emitter blobs match the previously checked context exactly; contextual kappa is unchanged. No accepted proof was rerun for this adoption.

Publish accepted reusable dyadic output with explicit input and gap-dependent cost assumptions.
