DONE — independent review of PR2203 at The retained The separate checker imports no predecessor verifier, compiler, interpreter or producer. It reconstructs the actual matched planes, canonical charts and expected operators, then compares all 280 recipes on all 512 basis columns — 143,360 exact Gaussian columns. Its expected columns use independently derived X-image phases and a zero column; the recipe side directly expands monomial tables and positive child coefficients. The source's signed-Pauli/global-phase proof already establishes its intended full operators: this is independent implementation evidence, not a claim that that proof was incomplete. A literal four-public-array interpreter confirms the complete two-payload block, arbitrary target dirt, exact frames, two distinct private-copy lifetimes and their owned nonzero-disposal contract. The full direct invoice is 224 rank-seven children, 112 rank-two children, rank mass 1792 and copy mass 224. The favorable proposed two-unpaid law fails already at zero saving: The original seven source files and four runtime inputs are authenticated by SHA-256 and Git blob. The fresh copied execution export is authenticated again before either child runs. Original recipes and every receipt field match; all source bytes remain unchanged. Five Git-free integrity groups cover clean/read-only execution, both source namespaces, recipe drift, typed receipt drift and copied-export drift. Native CPython 3.12.7 registered checks pass. A separate OpenAI Codex reviewer passes the optimized checker on native 3.14.5 and, without importing candidate or predecessor code, directly propagates 1,400 Gaussian columns across all 280 recipes, avoiding the checker's X-image oracle; it also checks the two-payload boundary, invoice and eleven source pins. python3.12 -B scripts/research_package.py --package research/paired-plane-native-reviewThe rank-two information floor and its sum retain independent blocks, scalar one-array totals and complete nondegenerate plane entrances. Cross-plane mixing, shared/fractional decoders, changed multi-array primitives, physical monomial charges, global routes/ownership/hosting, backward orientation, all-size depth, precision/tape and a new supplier or kappa remain outside this review. No maintainer disposition or independent human/formal-kernel review is claimed. Original material is unchanged. New review by ywz65 with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; Apache-2.0. Priority-revision-5 decision: finish this bounded review and stop, with no further round. Source head and canonical main Original advance claim preservedCLAIM - independent review of the exact paired-plane native payload interface LOCAL-ONLY, no result submitted. The new community review through PR2257 explicitly leaves this source's scoped execution pending. Bounded scope: complete the exact source's registered checks in an authenticated clean export; separately audit its literal one-array copy lifetimes, two-payload block endpoint and occurrence invoice; and check every generated native recipe on all 512 Gaussian basis columns with a separately implemented analytic oracle. The source's own signed-Pauli/global-phase argument is credited and already proves its intended complete operator equality; this review adds independent execution and implementation evidence, not a new construction or theorem. The precise decision is the direct independent-block charge 224 and favorable zero-saving ratio 293/292. Independent blocks, one-array totals, complete plane entrances, owned-copy disposal and all final adapters remain explicit. Cross-plane mixing, fractional/shared decoders, alternative multi-array primitives, global owners, backward/all-size/precision/tape admission and a new kappa are outside scope. The recursive-interfaces coverage-law assignment is narrowed to this open source-review obligation after checking the existing endpoint/plane results. Current source head is unchanged and had no comments at this check. A follow-up checked the form-rank-2 collisions among the 56 planes: 144 pairs, 8 triples, and no 4-plane set. Once the joint pairing has rank 2, every complete-plane support still pays 2, so the identity floor on those sets is 4 per plane, which is |
PR2126 gives a correct scalar identity using 56 rank-two matched-plane blocks, but leaves physical execution and application multiplicity open. This package implements those blocks through the inherited one-array native interface on all 56 actual selected planes. Each block needs two independent payloads: the resulting profile is
{7:224, 2:112}, with copy mass 224 rather than the support-only screen's 112. Under the proposed two-unpaid-coordinate coverage law, even the favorable zero-saving moment is 293/292, so this direct implementation cannot improve kappa. The contribution is the native implementation and source-bound occurrence audit of this specific missing interface. ctoth's team already reported the naive 224 baseline; Philippe Van Velzen's one-total model and 2-integral floor are credited. The per-pair argument here retains independently implemented blocks. It does not exclude shared fractional decoders, cross-plane mixing or a new multi-array primitive. No new kappa is claimed.
Validation passes on Linux CPython 3.12.3: registered assertion-disabled replay, 280 native recipes checked by the separate retained Gaussian interpreter including global phase, all 512 columns of one private descent, the dirty symbolic block, and eight rejecting controls. A one-payload positive control implements the rank-one broadcast correctly and is rejected as an identity. Source-only read-only export, changed-input/receipt rejection and output no-clobber checks also pass. Global hosting, backward orientation, all-size/precision/tape admission and the selected cold replay were not rerun. Hosted CI and independent human review remain separate.
