An m=3 two-register circuit with five rank-one calls must use at least four nonmonomial scalar mixing blocks, counting terminal scalar cleanup. I prove this by reducing any two-register group-algebra word with at most three such blocks to separate unary routes without increasing a subadditive unary bill. The proof allows arbitrary noncommuting unary maps and arbitrary invertible scalar coefficients.
The package includes the all-group proof, a tensor-power justification, and exact controls. The Python 3.12 registered replay passes 692,064 S3 middle-layer cases over F2/F3/F5, noncommuting reductions, coefficient-rank failure controls, a four-block positive loop, and tensor-separation checks. Metadata and source pins pass.
I credit eumemic's PR288 model and window constraints, littleBro's PR680 coefficient-rank/partial-matching method, and the neighboring PR705/800/836 scopes. I started from canonical main

I checked the remaining scalar-cost match and found a different cost model. The theorem leaves four or more mixing blocks, extra-register contracts and the full five-call question open. It provides no cheaper supplier or exponent improvement and changes no selected or frozen artifact.
