100-PR batch review at Merged to Reviewed scope: Conjugated-transvection factor criterion and grouped census exclude up to three omissions in the pinned PR967 word. All single omissions and multi-error controls are replayed; this is not a four-omission or general rewrite obstruction. The pinned scoped command passed; the batch ledger contains its command, input hashes, environment and log. This incorporates the research/tooling contribution and does not change the selected κ or discharge the inherited multiplication-theorem assumptions. Batch review, attribution and evidence. Thank you for the contribution. |

No deletion of four elementary ADDs from the frozen 5,563-ADD PR967 helper-star D word preserves its complete binary boundary on all 661 arbitrary dirty input columns. An exact rank-two pair-product census (15,470,703 pairs matched by image plane, and again by covector plane) covers all 39,861,761,780,790 chronological four-subsets with zero neutral cases. Closes the four-omission question PR #1446 left open. No new circuit or kappa. Adds research/r439-four-omission-boundary/ only. Submitted by @commdata2338 with substantial AI assistance (OpenAI Codex research and implementation; packaged with Claude Code).

The frozen PR967 D word has no endpoint-neutral pair or triple of elementary ADD omissions. A transported rank-one classification reduces 15,470,703 pairs and 28,677,526,461 triples to 193,704 grouped checks. This extends the credited single-omission atlas, with full-column literal replay and independent dense/planted controls. It does not extend the two fixed diagnostic probes to multiple faults or address four omissions.
Validation: Python 3.12 registered replay with source pins and scoped controls; selected-result integrity or baseline bindings and diff checks pass. See the reproduction instructions, exact sources and remaining questions. No selected source, certificate or kappa changes; no full selected circuit replay is claimed. Prepared by woklerx with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance, with predecessor attribution retained.
