100-PR batch review at Merged to Reviewed scope: Complete 713-cut, 4,278-pair audit of six retained helpers, including later admissible windows and an excluded late read. Independent inverse reconstruction and package tests pass; necessary windows are not completed hosting constructions. The pinned scoped command passed; the batch ledger contains its command, input hashes, environment and log. This incorporates the research/tooling contribution and does not change the selected κ or discharge the inherited multiplication-theorem assumptions. Batch review, attribution and evidence. Thank you for the contribution. |

PR1256 explicitly leaves later B cuts of PR1128's six width-seven helpers open. This scoped negative result checks all713 cuts /4278 helper-cut pairs of the fixed PR589 B chronology. The exact necessary-condition windows are helper465 after10–48 B records,468 after31–88, and470 after0–517. Helpers466,469 and476 never pass both the joint restoration/erasure-rank and first-restoration target-access tests.
The concrete new exclusion is helper466: its joint rank becomes8 after zero-based B[78], before its blocking target208 is read at B[88]. Waiting for that target read cannot rescue it in this fixed chronology. Passing a window is not a suffix construction, physical admission or new kappa. Lower-frame preparation, reordered target reads, changed prefixes and extra transport remain outside the model.

research/r439-later-retirement-cuts/is added. The primary checker updates inverses incrementally; a separate checker rebuilds the entire inverse from scratch at every one of713 boundaries, with separate set-state and integer-geometry replay. They agree on every cut, donor set and lost-target set. Both import no predecessor executable code.Expected:
PASS_LATER_BIT_CUTS pairs=4278,PASS_INDEPENDENT_LATER_CUTS full_inverse_rebuilds=713 helper_cut_pairs=4278, ten passing test groups, andPASS_REGISTERED_RESEARCH_PACKAGE. The registered Python3.12.13 replay passes; the census suite also passes under isolated optimized Python3.14.7. Controls cover six altered census claims, boundary indexing, donor/target support, missing coverage, source corruption, offline relocation and exact regeneration, plus the retained stationary fixture controls. Selected-record integrity and its five regression tests pass. Native/hosted supplier admission, the selected cold replay and remote CI are not claimed.Exact base:

Ross Richardson's concurrent PR1256 (d6d5a994fcdcd8d04ec439ff988daa8f37b17ece) supplies the first-restoration target-access implication and finite two-frame helper470 continuation. Its arrival subsumed our initial stationary experiment; that material is explicitly corroborative, and the single evidence-driven pivot is to its unsearched later-cut question. Exact source/document pins, bounded domain and next steps are recorded in the package. No selected orupstream/files change.Credit also Sagar Thakrar's PR1023 hosting incentive, Ali Romman's earlier PR1043 helper470 deletion, DreamingOfClouds/eumemic's PR589/555 word, and the retained compiler/hosting lineage. Prepared for Philipp (@mightyOil) with substantial OpenAI Codex / GPT-6 Astra assistance; Apache-2.0. Separate implementations are not independent human review or formal verification of the multiplication theorem.
