100-PR batch review at Merged to Reviewed scope: Opt-in shared-denominator emitted local audit with full scalar prefixes, all inherited controls and reference receipt equality; scoped to the frozen workload. The pinned scoped command passed; the batch ledger contains its command, input hashes, environment and log. This incorporates the research/tooling contribution and does not change the selected κ or discharge the inherited multiplication-theorem assumptions. Batch review, attribution and evidence. Thank you for the contribution. |

This opt-in tooling package ports credited integer-row and fixture-copy techniques to the distinct
hpe_audit_local.pyemitted-program checker on the selected PR1094 lineage's retained R480 input. It preserves the complete original driver: both orientations, all 704 arbitrary columns, paid frame and wrapper checks, prefix bounds and all 25 inherited mutations. Every original assertion AST, each of 39386 scalar-prefix changed rows/norms/peaks, all 27 pass/rejection signatures, complete receipts and stdout are compared. Seven extra controls include deliberately faulty ADD/clear engines.Three alternating fresh-process pairs measured a 2.33x median total process speedup on Windows/CPython 3.14.5 (2.41x inside the complete audit, 2.46x audit CPU). Raw samples, environment, implementation hashes and complete output hashes are stored separately in BENCHMARK.json. Archive preparation is excluded. This is a workload-specific port, prominently crediting Wronskode's PR1137 and Sagar Thakrar's PR1156; no novelty is claimed for shared-denominator integer rows. It is not a transport-suite, cold-chain or multiplication speedup, and changes no selected source or kappa.
Validation commands: normal and optimized default
verify.py, source-bound selected-result guard, and staged whitespace checks.make verifyis unavailable on this Windows host; no native/full cold replay or hosted CI is claimed. Prepared for @woklerx with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; Apache-2.0.
