+Three candidates: SW4 insertion slides (prior finite single/pair exclusions); T37 payload threshold (already explicitly checked by PR942); persistent coefficient work in PR922/924's contracted eight-wire factory (chosen). PR949 explicitly excludes cross-ADD work sharing from its fixed-order signed diagonal-gauge floor.

+Frozen class: 26 ordered ADDs, six single prescribed SCALEs, every 39,424 magnitude placement and eight sign-only placements, in all four orientations. One existing arbitrary-dirty work register may hold a signed dyadic multiple of the current source across ADD boundaries. Its reduction, wire totals, use-slot domain and cost comparators informed this extension; they are credited, not claimed anew. No PR949 executable code is imported. The new primary and independent implementations are separately written.

+Minima per real component are46,46,48,48 for forward/inverse/inverse-transpose/transpose. The strong boundary-clear-only comparator is48 in every orientation, so cache reuse saves2 only forward/inverse and does not improve the maximum48. Earlier clear-elision savings are reported separately. The original PR924 gauge already attains the minima; no new gauge priority or kappa is claimed.
