  • Certain unit types have been populated as SemesterHour, for example the Seminar in Global Human Resource Management entry. This might not be correct. The remedies from easiest to most difficult are: manually fixing the CSV before upload , retrying with a more expensive model, devising & implementing a guardrail check

  • SemeterHours also shows up for some rows.
  • Some IDs are extracted backwards, for example: -3700 SOS instead of SOS-3700, for the Challenges in U.S. and Global Public Health course having the following https://tesu.smartcatalogiq.com/en/current/undergraduate-catalog/courses/sos-social-sciences/3000/sos-3700. This is not likely fixable via prompt engineering, likely requiring either a better model or better guardrails from xTRA to validate the ID against the page and ask the model to redo. Potentially we could build an 'exact-check' requirement which we enable for certain columns universally when a value is given.
