All the Macond Advent item are generated by ItemsAdder. But the implement on ItemAdder is not satisfied for the Macond Advent. There is plugin that complete the effect of item by using NBT-API.
Shift-Right to open attachment menu.

+4 Melee Damage, +0.5 Attack Speed, disable shooting.
Kill entity by using the this, 80% dropping 2 Diamond and cost 1 durability on this attachment. Consumable.
Return to spawn point if it has not sleep on bed while dying, cooldown in 15 minutes.
Pulling spear for long time, cause 20 true damage to player. If the player was not dead, it would recover all the health in several second and get damage resistance, cooldown in 15 minutes. Disable shooting.
This method is unstable and unsafe. Recommend using other methods like smp2tool.
