Add Chroma hosting and client integrations #2218

Overview

Hosting and client integrations for Chroma, picking up #1132.

• CommunityToolkit.Aspire.Hosting.Chroma: AddChroma, WithDataVolume, WithDataBindMount. Image chromadb/chroma:1.5.9, health check on /api/v2/heartbeat.
• CommunityToolkit.Aspire.Chroma: AddChromaClient, AddKeyedChromaClient, on ChromaDotNet.Client.

#1132 used ChromaDB.Client 1.0.0, which only speaks the v1 API; Chroma 1.x removed it.

Usage example

// AppHost
var chroma = builder.AddChroma("chroma").WithDataVolume();
builder.AddProject<Projects.ApiService>("api").WithReference(chroma).WaitFor(chroma);

// Service
builder.AddChromaClient("chroma");
