docs: clarify Comfy Cloud MCP requires an active subscription - #1349

The "Credits and spending" section implied a credit/top-up balance alone was enough to run generations via MCP. In practice an active Comfy Cloud subscription is required; a top-up without a subscription does not grant access. A customer hit this exact confusion and filed a support ticket.

What changed
Updated the "Credits and spending" section on the Cloud MCP page to explicitly state that running generations via Comfy Cloud MCP requires an active subscription, and that a credit/top-up balance alone does not grant access.
Why
The previous wording ("requires a subscription or credit balance") was ambiguous and read as if buying credits alone was sufficient. A customer bought a credit top-up without an active subscription, could not use MCP tools, and filed a support ticket over the confusion.
