Cursor Snaps/Jumps to Next Bar

Current Behavior

In the latest alpha build of AlphaTab the cursor will jump/snap to the next bar.

Expected Behavior

The cursor should smoothly animate between bars.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Download the example Guitar Pro file example Guitar Pro file.
2. Load into web-based project using latest alpha build of AlphaTab
3. Start playback.
