Layout issues in numbered notation (jianpu): tie position and dash spacing

Current Behavior

1. When rendering numbered musical notation, the height of the tie is incorrect, causing it to overlap with the octave dots.
2. The spacing of the dashes should follow the same layout logic as the spacing of the notes.

Expected Behavior

When rendering numbered musical notation, the height of the tie is incorrect, causing it to overlap with the octave dots.

Valid point, seems some overflow is not registered there which would shift up the dots. Will take care there.

The spacing of the dashes should follow the same layout logic as the spacing of the notes.

Seems I missed this part on analyzing the theory behind numbered notation. Will look into this too.

DevNote: we might not be able to use the exact layouting info as we do not have the right stems for the notes. But the beat has the width matching the total duration, relative positioning should yield correct results.

Additionally, I've noticed some other numbered notation rendering issues:

1. The rendering of ornamentation is incorrect.
2. The key signature should be positioned at the top-left corner.
3. Chords / multiple voices are not rendered in the numbered musical notation.
4. Multibar rests are also not rendered.

(Guitar Pro 8 also has some of the same rendering errors.)

Expected Behavior
I've found a modified version of alphatab, some of its behaviors are correct. (though the rendering of multibar rests is still incorrect.)
