Cursor doesn't move on Simile Mark Bars

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

When playing simile mark bars, it gets stuck at the start until the bar is fully played and then it jumps to the end.

Expected Behavior

THe cursor should smoothly move from the start to the end of the bar with the duration of the whole bar.
