[MusicXML] Additional Bar/Note/Beat Features

MusicXML has some additional features on note level, not available in other formats yet.

This Issue is about adding those features to alphaTab in general + extending the musicxml reader accordingly. Some examples:

• Special Bar Lines
• More Accidentals
• Customize Note Heads
• Missing durations (1024th, 512th, maxima)
• Note technical annotations (see parseTechnical)
• Forcing beam number
• Slide line types
• More articulations
• More dynamics
• More ornaments
• non arpeggiate
• different key signatures on every staff
• ...

Some low hanging fruits were implemented. But we shouldn't do here too much in one issue. Added #2051 as follow up to handle additional notations generally.
