Some partials displayed multiple times on horizontal layout

Current Behavior

Some partials are displayed double with wrong 0/0 positions in horizontal mode.

Expected Behavior

Clean display of all bars only once.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open the attached file in alphaTab having the horizontal layout active 61d9c385-ab20-4587-9a28-ef90ad3b8468.zip

Found the problem. It has to do with the new placeholder mechanism and some legacy code signaling empty results at the end. Due to this mix some old content from a previous render run is not cleared. This bug mainly appears when switching songs and/or layouts.
