It would useful to be able to jump to a specific page or a specific percentage in a book. Right now you can only choose chapters. This is ok for most books but some have very large chapters and some epubs don't have the book broken down into chapters very well. If you want to jump to a certain point in a book that doesn't have very precise chapters it is pretty difficult and time consuming.
