Menu Font Size

I think the Large menu font size is ok but the font is too thin. Would you consider making it thicker/bold or making that an option?

Microreader is currently using the Terminus font. It's a bitmap font that I specifically chose because it's designed to be rendered without anti-aliasing. However, that also means I can't simply make it thicker. We'd need to switch to a different font instead.

If anyone has suggestions for another bitmap (non-anti-aliased) font that could work well, let me know!

What about making the Terminus font bold? The size is not really an issue it's more the weight. Being too thin makes the normal weight too hard to see especially in low light conditions.
