Found by running the SEO checks after the success-precision work (#2775), not by looking for it.

FAIL title-length 80 chars, rule is 35 to 65
FAIL description-length 222 chars, rule is 110 to 160

Both get cut in a result page, so the part that survives is whatever the engine picks rather than the part that would earn the click. This is the same failure I fixed on rpc-cost earlier: a 207-character description that rendered as 65.

before after
title 80 53
description 222 129

Title: Fastest bridge 2026: real on-chain settlement latency

Description: Real bridge executions, not quotes: settlement latency, success rate and realized fees for Mobula, Relay, LI.FI and Near Intents.

What had to survive the trim is the differentiator, and it now leads both: these are real executions settled on chain, not quotes. Every other bridge comparison on the internet quotes quotes.

Provider names stay in the description, where they are the second thing a searcher scans for. The chain list goes — it was the first casualty of the old length anyway, and the page states it twice above the fold.

Not fixed, deliberately

The checks also flag title-duplicate and description-duplicate across the four chain tabs. Those tabs carry <link rel="canonical"> back to the main page (the checks confirm it in the same run), so Google consolidates them rather than seeing four competing pages. Giving each tab its own title would fragment the signal the canonical exists to protect. Noted rather than churned.

pnpm validate passes, 414 tests pass.

… trim

The SEO checks fail this page at 80 characters of title against the 35 to 65
rule, and 222 of description against 110 to 160. Both get cut in a result
page, so what survives is whatever the engine picks rather than the part that
would earn the click.
