Adds SOL->Robinhood Chain (Arbitrum Orbit, chainId 4663) as a 5th destination on the Solana quote bench, per kyle. Robinhood Chain has no native USDC so it is a cross-asset USDC->USDG corridor (USDG 0x5fc5360D...). Relay/LI.FI/deBridge/Across route to it; Mobula covers the chain in data but does not bridge to it, so it reads unsupported on that tab (methodology notes this). Quote-only route, harness builds, spec validates.
