Remove 6 keyed-rpc bench YAMLs (arbitrum, base, bnb, ethereum, polygon, solana) — only keyed-rpc-robinhood remains.
Railway rpc-keyed-eu and rpc-keyed-sgp services already deleted. rpc-keyed-us cleaned to Robinhood vars only.
