Please add documentation about Heart of the sky drop

I could not find any information online about how to find Heart of the sky and the ceremonial knife description makes you think it's only your own wings.

For anyone else looking up this:
Hit the dragon on the head with a dipped ceremonial knife and then kill it (using whatever item), at least that's what I understood from reading the source code.

Is the heart of the sky drop guaranteed/still working? I'm in the latest version of the All of Fabric 3 modpack with version 1.16.5 - 2.1.4 of the Winged Mod and even using the ceremonial knife as described above could not get anything but a regular core of zephry to drop from the dragon - no heart of the sky :(
