Can't logout #13

I still need to press F5 to reload the page.
perhaps this is related to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Topic:W5nyw48nx1pc2lsy
My browser console shows:
Content Security Policy: The page's settings blocked the loading of a resource at https://example.org/api.php blockiert ("default-src").
When I press logout I get this message in the web UI:
Could not connect to the server. Make sure you have a working internet connection and try again.Mediawiki server has no problem reaching the CAS server.
And this is thrown in the apache2 logs
