feat(release): publish TraverseBoard.exe

Summary

• make TraverseBoard.exe the public Windows executable beginning with v0.1.0-rc.2
• use the new filename in the reproducible build, portable ZIP, operator-preview launcher, and MSIX payload
• attach the verified EXE directly to tagged GitHub Releases
• record the scoped compatibility decision in ADR 0125 while preserving internal Go/CLI/data/protocol and MSIX identities

Compatibility boundary

• unchanged: cmd/cyberagent-desktop, cyberagent, Go module, CYBERAGENT_*, data paths, protocols, PrayuDesktop identity, macOS binary
• unchanged: historical releases and current Prayu-portable-*, PrayuDesktop.msix, and launcher filenames
• changed: Windows build output and public package entry from cyberagent-desktop.exe to TraverseBoard.exe
• no duplicate legacy EXE is shipped in new packages

Local validation

• PowerShell parser and AppxManifest XML validation
• focused desktop Go tests
• frontend API check, 66 test files / 289 tests, TypeScript production build
• two consecutive Windows production builds with identical bytes

Release

After this change is merged, tag the resulting main commit as v0.1.0-rc.2. The existing tag-only workflow will rebuild and verify the candidate before creating the prerelease.
