feat(brand): adopt Traverse Board · 针路簿

Summary

• adopt Traverse Board · 针路簿 as the public product brand and prepare Traverse-Board as the canonical repository slug
• add accepted ADR 0124 plus a 34-entry human/machine naming specification and compatibility matrix
• migrate README, current docs, Go/TUI/Desktop/Web display strings, packaging display fields, issue templates, Security links, and SARIF URI
• preserve cyberagent, .prayu, CYBERAGENT_*, protocols, SQLite, browser storage, MSIX/bundle identities, and existing artifact filenames

Validation

• go test ./...: all completed packages passed; the aggregate run hit the repository's 10-minute timeout in two existing SQLite migration tests
• both timed-out tests passed independently (1.3s and 5.6s), and the affected internal/application brand-related suite passed independently
• Desktop build-tag tests passed for cmd/cyberagent-desktop, internal/desktop, and internal/webui
• Web: 66 files / 289 tests passed; strict TypeScript, production build, OpenAPI regeneration check, and npm audit passed
• naming YAML parsed as accepted with 34 unique IDs; project JSON schema and Windows/macOS display manifests parsed successfully
• Playwright visual review passed at 1440x900, 1024x768, and 390x844 with complete hero/sidebar names and zero browser errors or warnings
