Node predicates stop at allOf/anyOf/not. Python has a registry, metrics, feature-flag providers and ~10 recipes; Java has Predicates + Recipes (businessHours, timeWindow, dayOfWeek, payloadMatches, featureFlag). Bring Node to at least the Java surface. Found in the 2026-07-24 SDK parity audit (SDK_PARITY_REPORT.md).
