Add periodic-schedule catalog management to the Java SDK #485
Java can register and list periodic tasks (registerPeriodic, listPeriodic) but cannot manage them afterwards — there is no unschedule, pause, or resume.
Add the missing catalog operations to Taskito/DefaultTaskito over the existing core periodic storage methods, plus tests and a docs section under docs/content/docs/java/guides/.
Tests: PeriodicTest.listPauseResumeDelete covers list / pause / resume / delete / unknown-name / double-delete against the JNI backend on SQLite. Verified green locally (1 test, 0 failures).
Docs: docs/content/docs/shared/guides/core/scheduling.mdx has a Java block under "Managing periodic tasks" (shared pages fan out per-SDK, so it renders at /java/guides/core/scheduling), plus java/api-reference/queue/resources.mdx and java/api-reference/testing.mdx.
Java is at parity with the cross-SDK contract here. The remaining gap is on the Python side — tracked separately.
