How could I modify the percentage of bold in the font? #31
Hi,
I explained the whole bold-percentage topic in the tech-tutorial
If you want a higher percentage, just calculate how many characters should be bold.
For 60% the formula would be, Wordlength/100*60 = number of bold characters.
Afterwords just do a rounding to get rid of the decimal point.
The resulting table gives you the number of charcters that should be bold depending on the word length.
To change the formatting rules just change the position of the @az' command that is responsible for the bold-format within each feature rule. In this way you can format more or fewer characters per word-lenght bold.
Afterwards save the new feature-set in the font.
How to apply the features to the font is described in the software tutorial
