Not compatible Ethernet3

Hello, I have encountered a problem with the compatibility of the ethernet3 library https://github.com/sstaub/Ethernet3. It would be possible to modify the icmp_ping library for use. My knowledge is not enough for this adjustment :-(

As you can see in #13 (and following duplicates), this library is incompatible with Ethernet v2 so don't expect compatibility with v3. Also this project seems to be buggy and dead for couple of years.
