Add Tools search redesign mockup gallery (/mockups/tools-search)

Summary

• Adds a design-scratch gallery at /mockups/tools-search for the Preserve active indexing-v3 processing locks during strict-gate seeding #162 Tools search results redesign.
• Shows directions A Compact Results Instrument (product pick), B Dense Launcher List, and C Split Command Workspace with desktop/phone comps from public/mockups/mode-page-redesign-2026-07/tools-search/.
• Direction A also offers the combined desktop+phone perfected comp.

Why

The IDE canvas artifact from the design pass does not open reliably in this Cloud Agent session. This route makes the same comps browsable in the running app.

Test plan

• npm run ensure → open /mockups/tools-search
• Switch A/B/C and Desktop/Phone; confirm images load
• On A, open “A · Desktop + phone” combined view

Notes

• Mockup route only — no production /tools behaviour change.
• RAG impact: no retrieval behaviour change — mockup gallery only.
