- Apply PR #2642 placeholder-replacement ordering fix in User.java - Drop paper/spigot to 1.20.4-R0.1-SNAPSHOT in pom.xml - Exclude legacy org.bukkit:bukkit transitive from us.dynmap:dynmap-api - Remove 1.20.6-only Particle constants (ITEM, ITEM_COBWEB, BLOCK, DUST_PILLAR, ENTITY_EFFECT) that don't exist on 1.20.4 - Use legacy enchant-glow trick instead of setEnchantmentGlintOverride (added in 1.20.5) in PanelItem - Drop v1_21_3_R0_1_SNAPSHOT NMS implementations (incompatible with 1.20.4)
