Modification of SIMS exp. step to account for current developments of masterdata

Objects that shall get a more general and hence reusable label/code/name:

• SIMS_MODE --> MEASUREMENT_MODE
• SIMS_POLARITY --> POLARITY
• SIMS_SPUTTER_SOURCE --> SPUTTER_SOURCE (also: No longer Controlled Vocabulary but VARCHAR)
• SIMS_CHARGE_COMPENSATION --> CHARGE_COMPENSATION

Labels and description were also generalized.

To be deleted:
Controlled Vocabulary SPUTTER_SOURCE (very specific for ToF-SIMS, I am certain that no one but me used it)

Changed section:

• SPUTTER_SOURCE
• sims_dsc_voltage
• sims_dsc_current
• sims_dsc_raster_size

New:

• STICHING (will also be used for to-be-proposed WLIM exp. step)
• stiching_pixel_density
• stiching_frames_per_patch
• stiching_total_area (also in WLIM step)
• stop_condition
• delayed_extraction
• gas_flooding

The current SIMS exp. step is only used by me, and I will adjust my workflow/parser once it is integrated.

Hi @elisabethjohn ,

Thanks for the changes. Before I jump in and transfer your .py in the repo: do you have any data using the SIMS experimental step already? I am asking this because modifications or deletions in entity types are forbidden if there are objects already populated in the ELN/Inventory.

I could also check this, but I wanted to make sure the process is understood before proceeding.
