Summary

fix Sidecar E2E auth by switching from agent blueprint (MiseTestblueprint) to a newly configured app registration
correct API settings on the blueprint app
centralize configurable values in SidecarEndpointsE2ETests
use constants for instance, scopes, certificate info, and app scope
