Discovered a bug in collection monitoring where an
InvalidOperationExceptioncould happen when casting a nullETagfrom a response. This PR fixes tests that check if kvs/flags don't change to correctly fail when this happens and removes the casting from theHaveCollectionsChangedmethod.
