既存Pagesの配備をPrdのmainに限定する

既存の GoDD-Matrix Pages を Prd の公開先として保持し、手動実行から別ブランチ・タグ・fork を配備できないよう build と deploy の両方を main に限定します。旧 HTTP MCP のソースは保持し、Vercel の Git 自動配備を停止します。

既存URL・同一オリジン・公開カタログの取得元・ブラウザ内保存は変更しません。GitHub 環境は現在の Prd を供する github-pages を保持します。配備範囲と機能別の受入条件を documents/deployment/PRD.md に記録しました。

検証: lint、全型検査、単体テスト386件、build、build:web成功（既存の2テストはスキップ）。別モデルの確認と同じheadのCIを確認してからマージします。新しいサイト・Prdは作成しません。

Overview
Locks GitHub Pages to the existing production site on main of AutoDevJapan/GoDD-Matrix only, so manual workflow runs from forks, other branches, or tags no longer build or deploy.

Both build and deploy jobs in pages.yml now use if: github.repository == 'AutoDevJapan/GoDD-Matrix' && github.ref == 'refs/heads/main'. README points readers to the new deployment doc. documents/deployment/PRD.md records scope (single Prd URL, no new environments), guardrails, preserved app behavior, and acceptance checks—including verifying non-main manual runs skip both jobs.

Vercel Git auto-deploy is turned off via git.deploymentEnabled: false in vercel.json while HTTP MCP code stays in the repo; runtime URLs and client behavior are unchanged.

同じheadの品質ゲート、gitleaks、CodeQLは成功しています。公式文書リンクの別パス提案（Nit）は、現行の公式検索結果とリンクが有効であるため変更不要としました。

既存Prdで検索・詳細・コピー・Markdownの実ダウンロードを確認しました。言語、表示件数、検索と選択セルは再読込／共有URLから復元しています。ログイン・購入・サーバーDBは画面とソースで不在です。
