The NCBI taxonomy enrichment step sometimes fails due to 429 Client Error: Too Many Requests - this problem only seems to affect the full parent lineage retrieval step using the full list of parent taxids. All other fields populate but ncbi_full_lineage will sometimes remain null.
The ncbi_full_lineage field can be populated if only one taxon is being added/updated.
