Patch required for cy_ethif.c in Infineon DFP

It would be to change this file in the next DFP, so that this patch is no longer required.

Updated the project to use Infineon::T2G-B-H_DFP@1.2.2.

This DFP release provides the new Cy_ETHIF_GetPrivateData() API in cy_ethif.c, so the CMSIS Ethernet driver no longer needs to access cy_ethif_privatedata directly. Because of that, the previous local patch is no longer required and has been removed.
