Parts inside Art56 casing hard to access

I like how everything is a tight fit - it uses the space well. However, I think making it a two-piece clamshell (splits along a "U" down the axis) would make it much easier to access.

Can you have an example to illustrate with FreeCAD or OpenSCAD?

I am not sure what you mean exactly but I feel somehow similar. Today, I tried to add 3 wires for pressure sensor on the clipper. It's very difficult to do that and I have to disassemble a lot of things. e.g., there are screws in the inner sides of articulation 1. If we can screw from the outer sides, it will be much easier.
