Fixed in 2c7d7b4: all valid removal records are preserved, matching considers both plugin ID and installed version, and revoke takes priority over block. Electron and frontend tests, typecheck, and lint pass. |

For future features, it would be worth treating the plugin system as a first-class extension path: evaluate whether new capabilities can ship as plugins before adding them to the core application. The project should also actively showcase and promote the plugin system—through examples, documentation, and featured plugins—instead of relying only on incoming feature PRs to grow the ecosystem. |

The community registry section showed the "disable now" button for any plugin the registry marks revoked or blocked, even when the plugin was already disabled, implying it was still running. The button now only appears while the installed plugin is enabled.
