BUG: Background Dots Overlapping Buttons, Incomplete Animation & Button Visibility on Hover

What happened?

Description

I noticed a UI/UX issue in the button section of the website that affects both visual clarity and user interaction.

Current Problems

• Decorative background dots appear behind and overlap the buttons, making the UI look cluttered.
• The button animation does not fully cover the entire button, causing parts of the animation to look cut or misaligned.
• Due to continuous animation, all buttons are not clearly visible at the same time.
• When a user tries to hover on a specific button, the animation keeps running, making it difficult to clearly see and interact with individual buttons.

Expected Behavior

• Buttons should be clearly visible without any background dots overlapping them.
• Button animations should properly align with and cover the full button area.
• All buttons should remain visible at all times.
• When a user hovers over a button, the animation should pause or stop, allowing the user to clearly see and interact with each button.

Suggested Improvements

• Remove or reposition the background dot layer behind the buttons.
• Fix animation container size and alignment (CSS position, overflow, z-index, etc.).
• Pause or disable the animation on :hover to improve usability and accessibility.
• Ensure consistent button visibility across different screen sizes.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the website and navigate to the section containing the animated buttons.
2. Observe the buttons with the background dots visible behind them.
3. Wait for the animation to play and notice that it does not fully align with the entire button area.
4. Hover over any individual button while the animation is running.
5. Observe that the animation continues instead of stopping, making it difficult to clearly view and interact with each button.
6. Try to focus on a single button and notice that not all buttons remain clearly visible at the same time.
