Not at all. I invite you to check the tests result by running echo $? immediately after you run them. A status of 0 means the tests were successful.

You can also take a look at the CI pipelines for the project and note the same test results there too.

If you check the tests output you'll see that this message is printed from tests called test_buddy_tree_check_invariant_positive_01 and test_buddy_tree_check_invariant_positive_02 . This is expected - the tests simulate a broken allocator and run the invariant checker, verifying that it actually ran and detected something.
