Solution

DISが強調されているので、discordを見てみる。
Kuwuなるボットが動いており、ステータスがType .list to list all commandsとなっていた。
ステータスの通りにDMすると、.8ball question?で何か聞けるようだがflagは出てきそうにない。

試しに、.flagとDMするとflagが表示された。
