Subject: [PATCH] fix(mobile): opening another stack layer no longer shows the
 previous pull request

The stack card spread the current route's params into the next layer's
route, so the list summary of the layer you came from went along. Until
the new layer's detail loaded, its header, loading overview and the
Open, Copy link and Share actions used the old pull request's summary
and URL. Opening a layer now drops that summary.
